I have been trying to contact the company for over two weeks without success. During that time, I’ve called at least 16 times, and no one ever answers the phone, regardless of which option is selected. I did receive a few emails, but none addressed the actual issue with the machine. The problem appears to be a faulty control board. The press piston will not release unless the valve is unplugged from the control board; once unplugged, it finally releases and retracts. Unfortunately, I was told that replacement control boards are not sold, which is extremely disappointing given that the machine costs over $5,000. I also attempted to reach their overseas partners, but did not receive any help there either. Due to the lack of support, I’ve returned the machine to its owner, who is more patient than I am, to see if she has better luck getting assistance. Overall, the lack of communication and support has been very frustrating and does not meet expectations for a product in this price range.

I am in love with my Hummingbird Pro! The quality of the juice it makes is truly outstanding. The juice from my Nama J2 is sewage in comparison. The machine is sturdy and high quality. It’s also easy to clean. I had a few questions during and after setup and their customer has been extremely helpful! Big ups to Sarah and Steve for going above and beyond to help my problems, which were my fault, and easily remedied. I can’t say enough good about this company. Thanks again much love!

Worked with Aleks to identify my issue with an M-1. He walked me through step by step to identify the problem. Problem identified and they quickly sent me the part. They have step by step instructions on how to replace parts. I replaced part and all is working. Although is not a good thing to have an issue, but they quickly helped me identify the problem and all is good. Good experience working with support team. Update: Unfortunately I have to update my review after a year. Once again, I am having issues with my M1. They told me that due to my humidity machine is breaking down. I may be in a humid area, but in reality the compressor should not be breaking down so often. Under warranty I already have 2 additional compressors and one dryer manifold. I had a local tech take a look at compressor and was able to repair... Although M1 has been replaced by the Hummingbird (mechanical)... If it's for home use, I would recommend a company that stand by their products and have more than just 1 year warranty.

In all honesty, Goodnature is an exceptional company. The juicer they've crafted surpasses anything we've encountered or used before. We invested in an M1 for our business over two years ago, complete with a three-year warranty. Recently, when we encountered an issue with our grinder, we reached out and took our machine to the warehouse for inspection. Aleks, one of their technicians, was not only incredibly helpful but also made our machine feel brand new again. His great hospitality and expert guidance made the process incredibly easy. He is an absolute genius. The communication throughout the process was impeccable and thorough. We're immensely grateful for Aleks and his expertise. He guided us through every step and ensured we were updated on every detail along the way.
